Many studies use transmitting antenna arrays to realize wireless power transfer on a wide surface. However, these systems tend to be complex due to the necessity of the switching of the transmitters and the localization of the receiver. In order to reduce this complexity, this study proposes a capacitive power transfer system using multiple receivers and a transmitting sheet consisting of a single Interdigital electrode. By using this system, devices on a desk size surface can be powered by a simple mechanism.
